Dr. Smith served Rust at a critical time in its history and the history of the State of Mississippi. Rust College regrets to announce the death of Theodore R. Collins, former business manager of Rust College in the '60s. Collins died on Monday, Nov. 24, in Tuscaloosa, Ala.
